“The whole purpose of these murals is to interest people from all over campus in what we do here in the art department. We want our pieces to be aesthetically appealing but also show how art can be a voice for change (which is the goal of this work). This is the first “serious” piece we’ve done and I feel good about the direction these murals are going in.”
