The Penn West California Dance and Cheer teams were a success in Daytona, Florida. They both participated in the National Dance Alliance and National Cheer Alliance competitions. The teams left on Wednesday and returned home on Sunday morning. The cheer team has now been ranked eighth in the nation.
In the hip-hop dance competition, the dance team placed 10th, and in the jazz competition, the team placed 9th. These are great achievements for the teams. The Vulcans represented our university well.
