Penn West announced the introduction of an accelerated online Master’s degree program in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. This program is designed to serve students who are passionate about fitness and health but are looking for flexible learning options. This program enables current undergraduate students in any major at PennWest to take graduate-level courses during their junior and senior years. This allows them to earn credits that can be applied to both their undergraduate electives and their master’s degree.
The online program, which is nationally recognized for its comprehensive and high-quality curriculum, provides specialized concentrations such as Sport Performance Training, Nutrition, Rehabilitation Science, Wellness and Fitness, and Sport Psychology. Dual concentration is an option for students to further their expertise in the discipline.
The program not only accelerates the path to a graduate degree, potentially within one year, but also connects students to a national network of professionals in exercise science, sport performance, and health promotion. As the program is completely online; students can balance academic responsibilities with other obligations.
For further details on how to enroll in the accelerated program, interested students are encouraged to visit the PennWest University Exercise Science YouTube channel or contact Dr. Barry E. McGlumphy at [email protected].
