Today marks a pivotal moment in the history of Pennsylvania Western University (PennWest) as Dr. Jonathan R. Anderson was officially inaugurated as the university’s second president in a ceremony filled with tradition, pageantry, and optimism for the future.
Held in the Main Stage of Steele Hall Theatre on the California campus, the event brought together esteemed guests, faculty, staff, and students to celebrate the beginning of Dr. Anderson’s leadership. As the President of PennWest, Dr. Anderson will guide the university through an exciting period of growth, innovation, and excellence in higher education. The inauguration ceremony is a significant milestone that affirms the university’s commitment to advancing educational excellence across its campuses in California, Clarion, and Edinboro.
