Vulcan Women’s Soccer Will Host a Breast Cancer Awareness Game

Join California’s Women’s Soccer Team for their Breast Cancer Awareness Game

Come to the Phillipsburg Soccer Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 21 at Noon to help support Cal’s Women’s Soccer Team for their Breast Cancer Awareness Game! The Vulcans completed a t-shirt sale for Breast Cancer Awareness with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Bloom Foundation Gives.

The Bloom Foundation focuses on the values of Fun, Quality of Life, and Wellness to raise money and provide resources for breast cancer patients as well as survivors. The goal is to create a sense of community to encourage healthy living and promote not just survival, but actually facilitate their ability to thrive.

Let’s turn Cal PINK on Oct. 21 to help breast cancer patients and survivors BLOOM!

Sarah Seader is the Editor-in-Chief and a Staff Writer for the CalTimes and a Senior Honors Student at PennWest California, pursuing two degrees in Business Administration Management and Management Information Systems with a Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship as well as a Data Science Certificate. Sarah serves as the PennWest California Student Trustee.

Sarah is also a member of Women United, CUTV, WCAL, New Life, STAND, American Sign Language (ASL) Club, American Marketing Association (AMA), Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), Student Activities Board (SAB), Vulcan Gaming Club, President's Leadership Academy (PLA), The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), and serves as a Peer Mentor and Honors Coach.
